7600 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the 7600 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out here.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version of the terms supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the 7600 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy which forms part of this agreement.
To use the 7600 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the minimum age required under your local laws, whichever is higher.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be a person prohibited from receiving such services under any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
7600 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account on the 7600 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms. 7600 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify the information you have provided.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account username and password confidential.
- All activity that occurs on your account, whether carried out by you or by another party as a result of your negligence.
- Notify 7600 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensure that the device used to access the platform is secure and free from malicious software.
7600 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
Users of the 7600 platform are required to use it for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access, scrape, or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of the 7600 platform.
- Cheating or manipulating games, odds, or payment systems in any way.
- Creating an account using another person's information without their lawful consent.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party.
- Abusing promotions or bonus offers through dishonest means.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of associated funds, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 7600 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for users in Malaysia.
Deposit Methods
7600 accepts deposits via approved methods including FPX (direct bank transfer), TNG eWallet, and online bank transfer. Deposits are typically processed within a short timeframe, depending on the method selected.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the account holder's name. You may be required to complete an identity verification process before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit is approved. 7600 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing if suspicious activity is detected on the account while an investigation is underway.
Financial Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any deposits made are from legitimate sources of funds. 7600 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 7600 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. 7600's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 7600 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is owned by or licensed to 7600 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 7600.
Third-Party Links
The 7600 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. 7600 does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access such links entirely at your own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
7600 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete requested identity verification, or a request from a competent authority. Following account closure, users may no longer have access to any remaining funds, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7600 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending transactions will be processed in accordance with standard policy.
Changes to Terms
7600 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum.
